Necessary touch ups related to the technical application and healing of a tattoo are free if done within 6 months of the tattoo.
Please keep in mind that tattoos on the head, face, feet, hands, or fingers can look amazing when fresh, but some of the tattoo can fall out or disappear. Because of this, we do not offer free touch ups on these areas.
Stuff happens, we understand. Just be sure to give a heads up if you’re running late. We may have to reschedule your appointment because of availability.
You do not appear for a tattoo appointment;
You reschedule 3 or more times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice;
You fail to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancelled appointment;
Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred one time only unless you give less than 48 hours notice. In that case, your deposit will be forfeit and you will need to leave a new deposit to get back on the calendar. If you request to reschedule before the 48 hour cutoff, your deposit will be held for 7 days to allow you time to rebook. If you fail to rebook within 7 days of your request to reschedule your deposit will be forfeit.
